Most MMO games require you to have an account with an active subscription in order to use it for their forums. Why? Because if people can just make trial accounts to post, we'd be overrun by trolls. We dun' like trolls around here :(

Actually, most just require an account, not a subscription.
In any case, the forums are almost dead. Why not let trials that want to post post? Most forums also have volunteer moderators (not 4 like the PWA, even though we don't need more now).

The only thing i wouldn't like about this is all of the 7-10 year olds who just sit there and beg for stuff. In my opinion, iPhone players can be annoying as hell.

You know what's cooler than lifetime subscription, not forcing people to pay for Graal like that.

I think they should just give Trials the same account status as Classic Lifetime members, merging the account tier of people who once paid for Graal with those who haven't yet just sounds great to me.

Then convert Classic Subscription to Player Customization Add-on and allowing Trials to purchase the Add-on (maybe throw in a free month of Gold as well) for like 300 Gelats which would just mimic how it's done on the iPhone.

It'd also be cool if the Dev Server Renters could buy Development Accounts (Maybe like 100 to 150 Gelat/mo) for their server instead of having to get full-blown Gold Accounts.
