There was a reason why Era was so addicting when I found it, even though I was a trial.

It only drove me to play because it was extremely annoying to walk into a base or outside the hospital just to realize that there was absolutely no chance of survival. Most people couldn't even log off before the explosions lagged them out.

I liked Era a lot better when:

-There were more than 2 gangs
-EC was here
-Morano Family didn't get deleted

I expect this post to get flamed, intensely.

I did alot of fun things for Era, gave random noobs helicopters, dropped staff boots and got banned, hachi's wild but weird ideas, i enjoyed every minute of it ^^

I'll probably never forget Caramel Darkhaven and Alec. Those two were the ones who gave me my first break moving into LAT territory. It was a sad disappointment to see Caramel leave... for .. those reasons she left... which we won't discuss on here of course (If anyone remembers, haha).

When she did leave though, I have no idea how I stumbled upon it but there was this tree in the middle of a bunch of trees in the lower left of Southridge that Caramel had set up so that if her or someone else touched said tree, they'd be warped to a personal level that she made. I removed the link and added a say2() message to it instead of the warp. One day she decided to come on for a visit and PMed me trying to bribe me to put it back. I didn't read the PM until after she had logged off though. Never seen her since :(

I really liked Era back in the days, It was one of the two servers which made me buy gold.. The game was awesome, really miss this time.. It's not even that long ago though! :o

A few things i liked really much..
- Being able to walk around in peace without getting shot everywhere
- Digging on the beach without stupid people there shooting at you
- Having FAQ's who really helped you! (Way better than those PR's do now)
- Enjoying working in a shop, they're all like: WORK NOW OR FIRED, you could just do what you want and you get paid for that.
- Not that much scamming
- LESS COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE STAFF AND THE SERVER FROM THOSE PLAYERS WHO SHOULD JUST LEAVE AND STOP BEING ANNOYING

LOL One reason era died is cause of the Lack of Pking.. Idk what you're talking about or why you'd want more "peace" in a pking based server.
There has always been pking on the beach, ever since I remember.. You can rarely shovel in peace, which is why they added things like PPA...
FAQ's were useless and theres the F11 option where you can submit questions.

Hahaha, good luck trying to find a mmorpg without scamming, it's just how they're played. And I also have no idea how you can say that. There's a lot less now since it's illegal. I'm pretty sure it was legal in the past, so I don't see how you can say there's more now.

That is pretty morbid. I prefer to think the best of people. I work with a guy who has a swastika tattoo on his hand and he likes to talk about soccer and I told him Germany is gonna lose and he looked pretty mad.

He's married to a Samoan woman as well. I don't know how that works.

Yeah I saw his website, he is pretty intelligent. I'm not sure if he abandoned his old project or not.
