Also, while email addresses are nice, nothing beats a help desk. :cool: Just don't be stupid and go back to the same software that gets hacked over and over again.

Just pay for a helpdesk. That way if it gets hacked and important information is compromised you can sue them! : D

Or they can just have the company that makes the software provide the hosting (and in turn, the security). All the reputable companies have hosting services.
