Add touch screen support.

The more I think about it, the new ATM is very nice. But I hardly think that time should have been spent making that rather than working on the new server.

The old ATM system would have been fine for a while, then after the new server is up and running, it should be done.

It was made for the new server, but just converted onto here.

Yeah and I figured it probably was, but even if it was made for the new server, im sure the time could have been spent a bit more wisely. If time was spent wisely, then the new server would be open.

It's not like this took very long to complete...it was just a simple side project that was easy to transfer to the main server. We're definitely working hard on Era Dev, but we're trying not to neglect the main server in the process.

Why not be supportive and thankful for the development the staff team is doing, which by the way is obviously done on a volunteer basis, and for your benefit.
If you've played era for a while, as I have, you would know the sad state the server has been in, in terms of development and administration, for a very LONG time. This is the best staff team I have seen in my time playing era. I see nothing to complain about so far, especially nit picking about things as trivial as this. Stop being so damn critical about every little thing, how about a "thank you" or a "keep up the good work guys", once in a while.
If you're really concerned about development speed, why don't you get involved and help?

NATS - Chris and Sales (good)
LATS - Tim & Rachel (both rarely on and the stuff they DO make looks totally rushed/copied/overall ****ty) There's also a Relic guy listed, never seen him before and I play 24/7
GFX - Sage (owns his own server and works just about everywhere, I haven't seen anything he's made put on era thus far) WarHead (is never on, haven't seen him use a RC in over a year)
SFX - Omni (Good seeing as sounds aren't a big necessity)
Gani - Amsel (Good seeing as there's no GFX being made that needs gaining, and the anis that are being added are submitted pre-ganied *like the dances which every server needs*)

*sarcasm dur*

And by looking at that staff team and the time they spend on the Dev server working, you all should be bowing down for actually seeing something new put onto current era.:asleep::asleep:

There is no need for a LAT team for the dev server now because we can't start anything until the tileset is completed or near completion.
Neither of these people work on Era anymore.
Amsel doesn't work on Era anymore.

In case you didn't notice,

• We really need graphic artists!
• Hiring graphic artists, GANI artists, level artists, and scripters
• Hiring level artists, tile artists, scripters

We've been desperately trying to hire people for the past several months, but there aren't a lot of scripters, there aren't a lot of graphic artists, and the rest aren't yet needed. Sage abandoned us for his own server, Warhead seems to have disappeared, Arch_Angel... not sure. It's extremely hard to seat a competent dev team without lowering standards.

We've also hired natchez416 recently to the dev team, and he's working on some graphics for the new job.

Sorry, but I got the current staff off news (maybe you should update it :p)

And yeah, 90% of the "developers" on graal aren't up to standards for classic or even hosted server work.

Because any half decent developer isn't going to pay money to give their stuff away when they could be getting paid for it.
You get what you pay for, and Graal is paying people negative money for content, so they can go **** themselves.

So by that statement your basically saying " we are screwed till we find a good gfx".

I hope that changing the gmap isnt holding you guys back from releasing new era...

I have an idea that may be attacking me hard now but...

PR's are mostly just in OSL when they are on-tag, and does uploads, fixes problems, trades etc.

But if they had time, they could always (If they want) do some Dev on Era while they stand in OSL and dont do anything. Then they can write "PM me if you need me".

I know it's hard to be a PR, but if you want you can always help and make levels for "EM" and such, there are many "EM" houses spread around on Era. They can get a few more levels or maybe get refurnashed?

PRs for the most part can't develop. We have a dedicated team of developers for that.

I know, but it seems like the Developers are busy with Dev Era?

Even so, that doesn't mean non-devs are going to be able to magically start developing.

Can you make it so I can just click on the screen instead of the buttons?

It's really kind of weird that you have to click on the button.
