Why did he steal the car in the first place?

Because he was on parole and was going to be late and would mess up his parole if he was late. So he decided to steal a car to get back on time.

Okay, I have been talking to multiple people aboot Pachuka and his jail situation. From what I understand everyone has heard a different rumor on his reasons for being in jail. So, I figured I would let everyone know the truth, coming straight from the mouth of his best friend. He is not a murderer, a stachitory rapist, a rapist period, or even an arsonist. Those were just some of the crazy things going around aboot him.

The truth is, he has this uncle who is not very stable mentally. Pachuka was trying to get his drivers licence and was told by his uncle that he could use his car for the test. Unfortunately, Pachuka failed the test, however, his uncle has no recollection of telling Pachuka that he could use his car for the test, so he reported it stolen. The evidence was there that Pachuka had the car in his posession because he took the driving test. So, you see, his being in jail is all bullshit because he has a psycho, *****-ass uncle. He has already been found guilty, because I was the only witness to his uncle saying he could borrow his car. His sentence is on May 6th. I'll keep you posted.
