How are we supposed to tell what these people are really like?
Shouldn't they give a description of themselves, both mentally and physically? What they like to do, give their opinion on a certain topic, etc...

I see most of the people on the list most then once a day.

What I mean is that most beauty contests have a lil something where each contestant has to show the required things, personality, physical looks, talents, opinions, and they must answer a few questions.

That's stuff for inner beauty.
