:D i got the bushes from the damasca tileset..cause they looked so cool...and much better than the default.....I'm kinda working around with my seasons tilesets...trying to make them look nice...I wish I could find a really good gfx person....oh well....

:-P my new tileset in the making owns you all, bow down before its greatness

Did they give you permission |
pheh...i only took the silly bush.....not the whole set.....most of their set contained illegal images....i just wanted the bush
Stefan should add support for switching the sprite.png....so that it matchs the tilesets correctly |
Quote:

explain it to me then.....because the throw objects are kept in the sprites.png if you didnt notice. Which means, if you change the sign in your tileset (pics1.png) you need to change the sprite in sprites.png so that it looks right.....

you could simply switch the playercarry image thingy to a sign image...or takeplayercarry and make a NPC which shows a image above head...or so many other things...

But i would like it if you could show me how it would work, cause i dont see how it can be scripted in an npc. It would be much more efficient to copy and paste the img into sprites.png |
until Stefan adds the commands for sprites.png .. thats the only way around hehe, i hope i'll see many cool baddies to beat (intelligent and hard to kill too) =D

There is nothing in the ganis that define that kind of stuff...i just checked......especially for when the player walks in swamp tile.....graal just detects the tiles the player is on and places the sprite overtop.....samething goes for the carry thing.....all graal does is detect and load images for those kinds of things. There are no commands yet to define alternate sources...if there was, I wouldn't comment on this :D

Animations: - replacegani aniname, newani; Lets the player use a different animation for walking, swimming etc. You can do things like replacegani walk, mywalk; if you want the player use mywalk.gani as walking animation (instead of writing your own walking script); This takes only effect till the player logs off, so you must put it in a system npc or so; its not lagging; The default animations are: idle, walk, walkslow, kick, sword, ridesword, spin, push, grab, pull, lift, carrystill, hiddenstill, carry, hidden, shoot, ridestill, ridefire, rideeat, ride, sit, sleep, hurt, ridehurt,dead,maps1,maps2,maps3,swim, lava, carried To reset the default animation just do replacegani walk, walk; etc. it should speak for itself ;) |
sorry....but you missed what i said....the animations do not carry any kind of labels that tell it to put a certain sprite from sprite.png in it.....look at the ganis for bomys.....they do not contain a single sprite from sprites.png.....

how am i confusing? and what is this simple way out? changing default animations does NOTHING other than replace the default animations. As i said before, when the player stands on swamp tile, graal recognizes that and then copies from sprites.png the img(s) for the grass around the player's feet. you cant redefine that in a gani. if that were possible, then i would have done it, but because you cannot do that because 1 gani is used for all walking....no matter what tiles you are on.

Teir'Dal, is it?
I have put alot of thought into this and it's got me very depressed, but the end result is that i'm contacting Stefan and having him remove Teir'Dal.. it really isn't right or fair that I have 2 servers when so many of you try so hard to even get one server.
And i beg of all of you, please do not post any rude or hateful comments about this, i'm depressed enough as it is. |
Look what youve all done! Is this what you all wanted? Teir'Dal had much potential, Geovannie seemed very devoted to it...seemed excited about the nations and all...its just wrong to get him to the point to do that....ive got nothing more to say aboiut it, cause im disgusted with you people
|
Bye teir'Dal!!
I'm gonna miss you. Bye my fishies |
yay!
|
Keep Teir'Dal
|
goodbye worst playerworld ever made! :D

But Geovanie, ill miss Teir'Dal It was a very good server, made by a great team. I was having fun PKing there :) |
thank god
sorry but i hate n-pulse Theres 3 things i didnt like on that server Level quility -warps/tiles (it was terriable in my mind) The pirate ship i made totally jacked and messed up! Stuff used from other servers (non orginal) |
just get ur nations and all that stuff and use it on npusle somehow.
make npulse better. |
See I simply ask you all to not be mean and hateful and you can't even respect that. I feel sorry for each of you.. hell is waiting and possibly not far away.
|
Why am I going to say anything nice about a playerworld I hate with a passion, spunky? use your head.
|
I don't see why this one has to go. I can't really think of one good player-world though. They all have horrid levels...
|
I only play on Graal2001, no player worlds at all, I don't think I am missing out on anything really.
|
It has to go because i have this bad habit of following my feelings and my hearts.. and right now my feelings are telling me to take TD down, alot of people are telling me not ot.. possibly even more then there are telling me to take it down, but it don't matter anymore.. i've made up my mind and it stays.. TD is going.
|
PLz Geo i beg you! Dont remove teirdal. I have many good memories there........
Plzzzz i'm an N-Pulser and i will always be. i will play on every npulse u make |
