his job should be given to a professional. maybe zorro, zorro's older and a lot smarter. maybe sergio, or mafukie. maybe not older, but both hold the powers of common sense, something that mr. bear seems to lack.

i don't care if he's fired, i didn't make the topic, he did. i had no intention of carrying on with him any longer. i think he should be demoted back to graphics, and if not that, fired.

I agree Zorro is a good admin, but how do you know if he's smarter? Just because you think he's an idiot doesn't mean he is one. Hell he could be on of the smartest kids, but sounds stupid online. If he is fired for no reason, like you people want, then he should go back to graphics? So that means KawaiiSaRiA should be fired? She disserved her spot and Mr. Bear disserves his, I am sure he did something to earn his spot as Junior Game Master.

I basicly said that myself. lol. He was fine in gfx, and didn't need to be promoted from it. Juinor GM should be held by a different person never-the-less. I think someone like Tyhm would be good for the job, or Zorro, etc. Most epopel would be better then bear I'm afraid.

I don't "know" that he's smarter, but what he told me was that he graduated high school at a very young age, and supposedly he's a genius, so I'll go by that.

Fired for no reason? He banned someone on the game because of something done on the forums. He's also on a very, very large power trip. I'd point out examples, but I already have in the previous threads.

I was fired for no reason, was that fair? No. Yes, he did a lot to earn his position as Junior Game Master. He did a lot of sucking up.

If you are talking about GP, and why you were fired, I know why. Already talked to Hoss and blah. I remember when Mr. Bear was GFX admin, he did a good job always posted new stuff and stuff, and I think Stefan or someone enjoyed that and showed he did a good job as what I heard. Zorro isnt all that perfect also, he's a good friend of mine but he doesn't answer every time I try to contact him. I have been wondering why he was fired as account manager but he hasn't answered once but I don't care. You can't be 100% sure on how he got his job, he could have done something that you don't know, or maybe he just plain out never gave up on his job and disserved his possition. You can't assume what people do.

I was a GP before Mr. Bear, and as soon as Mr. Bear was hired he did nothing but suck up to Peach horribly. Archy, Eiko, TrueHeaT, and Mafukie will all tell you that. I wasn't "fired" because I quit. After I told Peach I quit he was like "maybe you should quit". I was like "yes i already quit". That was pretty much the end of it. I am not 100% sure but I did work with him, and I know how he acted, and so do the others who know how he acted.

As far as everything else, I doubt it. A few months ago he came on and told me to "get a life" because of all the work I was doing as the Events Admin. I doubt he ever really put that much into it.

Oh when Mr. Bear was GP he did a good job. I remember this is when I used to spar lots because everyone did, and every single time a PKer went in there to pk everyone, I contacted Mr. Bear and every single time he helped me out. He went in the sparring roomed and was watching and then when they started he either warned them or checked the account to see if the person was warned before and jailed them. He always did his job when I asked. Also Zorro got his jobs pretty easy as well. I remember when he was admin and he was showing me like trees and kind of abusing his powers but I didn't care. Then he made the GFX team and started that team out and was promoted to Account Manager because Geovanie quit and wanted to give his job to Omni Flare, but Galen gave it to Zorro. Then Mr. Bear at the time was the GFX Assistant Admin, and Zorro quit GFX and made Mr. Bear the admin a while ago. Then after a long time Mr. Bear got Junior GM and KawaiiSaRiA the Assistant Admin got the job and I was promoted to Assistant Admin. So Mr. Bear must have been 100% at his job or Stefan noticed something good about him. None of us know.

I believe the reason is because the guy can't handle responsibility, because it seems every staff job on one of the main servers he gets he loses in like a month. What is it about Mr. Bear that gets him staff jobs? So many suck-ups and it had to be him, it's kinda rediculous.

Lets say, there is a possition, open to anyone, and Stefan is talking to you, even I would suck up I don't know why but I would. When Stefan posts a thread, and although you don't agree you do anyways lol, because you don't want to act mean, but thats not fully sucking up. It is in a way though.

Mr Bear does not, and didn't suck up. He worked his ass off to get where he is today. During a brief three months where I left graal, he moved from GP, to Jr. GM. That's quite an accomplishment. As Jr. GM, if there is no rule stating something then he/she has to make a judgement call and decide what to do. In the case of TrueHeaT and the forums, he may have made the wrong one. But that doesn't mean he doesn't deserve to be where he is.

About Zorro, Zorro should not be where Bear is. Zorro was fired by stefan without the players saying anything, stefan noticed that Zorro was doing a shitty job and removed him. Myself and Gameo have first hand exp at how bad Zorro was. No web reports were answered, I was the only one checking [email protected] (I still am the only one checking it, not Krakken or Geovannie). Bear is in a good place. Leave him be.

I'd be on my best behavior. I wouldn't be like "OH STEFAN UR SO GREAT AN HAVE NICE SHOEZ NOW MAKE ME JUNIOR GM!"

Big difference between acting nicely and sucking up.

In a way you are sucking up though. If it was 2 people who were going to get a job, and you probably would start sucking up to Stefan to get the job if you had a chance. I didn't really suck up for my job, I showed someone my graphics and they gave me the job, but I remember a long time ago when I was first FAQ my first staff job, I kind of sucked up to gazboy lol..
