New people don't usually go from player to something like Bear. They need exp.

I agree and disagree. It sounds good to listen to your customers, but you know what it's harder than you think. Forums brought a lot of hate to graal, I think it would be better if the forums just never happened, because now people make polls about one another, and if they input on what they think, others tend to follow them. You could say ,"Be my friend and vote no." They will just to be your friend. People don't think about it anymore, other people persuade another to go there way when they have never met the person. Trueheat in my opinion was on the urge of getting banned, he would curse at people make fun of people, but not like you don't. Mr. Bear is a good admin, although he tends to not answer his questions, but he usually gets the job done. If you think he should be fired keep it to yourself, you don't need to persuade others to follow you so you can get your way.

I agree in some way, Mr. Bear got Junior GM a little to fast and maybe easy. You are not Mr. Bear so no one can say what happened. Maybe he did something good or maybe Stefan noticed he gets his jobs done. The fact is that people are following what other people think, they call the person stupid or whatever and say that person needs to be fired, the friend of course will agree. I just think it is so stupid how people listen to one another. They should follow what they think not what others think. I remember when I was Graphics Management a while ago, and Mr. Bear was the admin. We didn't sit on our asses and do nothing, we got tons of jobs, and Mr. Bear made sure we did the job. I don't care if someone replys to this and it's bad, go ahead listen to other people, but just because I have a different opinion about someone that you don't like and everyone seems to hate him except me, then you know why, it is stupid why you people listen to other people. There is nothing wrong with the way Michael is doing things. Only a few people have problems with him because of personal reasons, the rest just don't care as long as they can play graal and have fun. I mean, didn't we all start playing graal to have fun? I don't see why most people make such a big deal out of an admin's mistake.

I think it would make a good rule seeing as this forum is official, but seeing as it wasn't a rule Bear did make a mistake but I still think he did the right thing.

When I was the only person on as a LAT on classic, the most PM's I got in one day was 23.

for as long as i have played graal i have probably PMed an RC about a total of 10 times. About a week ago I won an event on classic and Mr.Bear said i get a free guild, but he has yet to respond to my PMs about it :(
