Server clock being wrong

The clock on the machine Atlantis Debug is running on is completely wrong. I know it can differ in timezones, but right now it's 12:46 here and 14:34 on the block. That's...****ed up.
I demand a fix, since this seems to influence timevar, which I'm using.

It's wrong on Project Mythic as well, off with about 30 minutes.

Yes ... now there are -10 seconds until my next battleground starts.

Same thing on Vesporia.
