View Full Version : folder config

On Uprising, almost every folder that we've made doesn't work. Pretty much only the default folders work. Some of the folders show up, but files in them aren't recognized. (ex: if you try to warp to a level in one of those folders it says it doesn't exist)

This is what our folder configuration looks like:
file *.gani
level *.graal
file *.mid
file *.mng
file *.mp3
level *.nw
file *.png
file *.txt
level *.txt
file *.wav

file ganis/*.gani
file ganis/effect/*.gani

file gmaps/*.gmap
level gmaps/*.gmap

file images/*.gif
file images/*.png
file images/*.mng
file images/1/*.gif
file images/1/*.png
file images/1/*.mng
file images/2/*.gif
file images/2/*.png
file images/2/*.mng
file images/icons/*.gif
file images/icons/*.png
file images/icons/*.mng
file images/weapons/*.gif
file images/weapons/*.png
file images/weapons/*.mng

file sounds/*.mid
file sounds/*.wav
file sounds/music/*.mid
file sounds/music/*.wav

file levels/*.nw
file levels/*.graal
file levels/overworld1/*.nw
file levels/overworld2/*.nw
file levels/events/*.nw
file levels/insides/1/*.nw
file levels/insides/2/*.nw

file data/*.txt

file backup/1/*
level backup/1/*
file backup/2/*
level backup/2/*
file backup/3/*
level backup/3/*
file backup/4/*
level backup/4/*

I sent a support ticket and stefan answered two days later asking what folders, I answered but it's been 4 days and still no reply.

Is levels a subfolder of levels/? i.e. levels/levels/*

level *.nw
file isn't going to work for levels.

Are the levels showing when you do /find levelname ?
Also answered to the support center ticket and fixed some part of the folder configuration, sorry for the delays.

They show (in the overworld1 folder):
Game files found (relative to levels/, max 50 files):
overworld1/up_owbig.gmap: not downloadable, 10450 byte, 2006-09-29 06:08:02
overworld/up_owbig.gmap: not downloadable, 10450 byte, 2006-09-29 06:07:02
But I still cannot warp to it.
Also my sub-folders of images/ aren't showing unless I'm specific with it in my folder rights. Can that be fixed?

Okay, never mind. I can get them to work as long as I'm specific with all of them in my folder rights. Can't use wildcards for folders. =(
