Using a large zoom ( > 30 ) on showtext causes client to crash.

example:

//#CLIENTSIDE
function onCreated()
{
showtext( 200, player.x, player.y, "verdana", "b", "Oh nos!" ).zoom = 100;
}

That is strange, so when it's using GDI fonts (>30 font size or disabled bitmap fonts) it is crashing? What graphics card do you have? You have the latest driver? If you have an ATI card, could you try to disable anti-aliasing or similar in the graphics control panel ?

Zoom of >30. I think it's just takes so much resources. I made that error when using the defaultfontsize in prefs ( I forgot to divide that by 24/36 ).

It crashed three people simutaneously... ( freezes the client, no error pop-up ).

>30 font size? I don't think so... It's when you use it in conjuction with showtext ( and have a zoom of > 30, Zoom != Font Size... Font Size == (24 * zoom) )

Arg a zoom of 30? Normally there is a limit for the font size though, will need to check it

There is a limit for the fontsize... Not for the showtext, however.
