View Full Version : wierd multidimensional array bug with clientr strings.

function onActionserverside(){
clientr.itm = {{5,2},{"test"}};
clientr.itm[0][1] = 9;
echo(clientr.itm[0][1] @"|||"@ clientr.itm);
}

//#CLIENTSIDE

function onCreated(){
triggeraction(0,0,"serverside","WtfTest");
}

I get these results:
9|||"5,2","test,"

The string is never modified, but if I access clientr.itm[0][1], it claims its whatever I changed it to.... Very annoying, I can't really finish my item system without this working...

If you do clientr.itm[0] = {5,9} then it will work correctly, but it is true that this should be fixed sometime.

Ah... alright, i'll just use that then, thanks Stefan.

Any ETA on that fix?

[QUOTE=SilentOne1988]triggeraction(0,0,"serverside","WtfTest");
Why are you using triggeraction still? Use this V---V
triggerserver("gui","WtfTest");

triggerserver("gui",name,"") to be exact :)

KuJi got told :).

Stefan: I tried the method you listed above, clientr.itm[0] = {5,9}, and it did not work. Is there any ETA on a fix for this?
