Is it possible to exclude the predefined variables, like timeout and the such, from what savevars saves?
The useless crap makes it look so messy. :/

Another good idea/question by yen! These stupid predefined variables make my mudaccounts files look gross :(

Change the variable name:
this.items.shortsword=blah
this.items.skill_amplify1=moreblah
this.items.savevars(Oi!);
Would this not work for your case? I have used it before...

It automatically saves the NPC's timeout, joinedclasses, ect.

Is it really a large problem? After all, that is what savevars() is meant to do; save the variables of the object, not just created variables.

Yeah, but for MUD Libraries, it makes the .arc look icky. :(
Not that anyone should be reading a .arc in Wordpad, but still.

Just because they do not benefit you does not mean they should be removed.

Not removed, just an option to disclude them. o-o'

Still seems pointless. The functionality is fine as it is now.

If your Graal server had a 1.44mb storage capacity for all your files, then fine, but it doesn't.
