We want Support.graalonline.com

Hello,

I want to ask for support.graalonline.com, because it helped us so much. We just go to support.graalonline.com and send a ticket and like 2 hours later you got response. Now you have to wait for PWA and they are almost never online, mostly on iPhone servers. Or you have to send Forum PM and I don't like that way. I think it's better to have our support site back. You can change servernames faster with it, you can ask for help easier, simply: it makes your life easier.

Thanks.
PowerProNL

I do agree it may be better to have a support centre rather than e-mailing as it's a bit messy, however I understand why there would be security risks involved.

I have discussed re-adding support.graalonline.com with Stefan and Unixmad on several occasions. I have even created my own on my third-party website hoping that if I made it all myself, they would be willing to compromise. They are not interested, and we will most likely continue to use the email system for now.

The security risks involve insecurities in the specific support center software (being hacked and passwords leaked), not trustworthiness of staff members.

Do you have any control over Graal at all? I mean, it seems that Stefan and Unixmad are not only too narrow minded or cheap or lazy to do anything themselves, but at hte same time they won't let anyone else do it for them.

They've got plenty of projects (http://www.eurocenter.fr) and PC Graal appears to take the backseat 90% of the time.

unixmad is the business man and Stefan is the programmer.

..and we're the neglected PC populace who've had to support ourselves for quite some time now.

It's a bit like when you're in middle school and your friend tells you about this party that's on Friday night, and the girl you like is going to be there, and there will be alcohol and no parents. But you tell your friend that you can't go because your parents would never let you, so he doesn't go either.
And then on the night of the party you get into a fight with your dad about having your right ear pierced, so you tell your mum that you're going to your friends house, but really you're sneaking out to the party.
And then at some point during the night your dad realizes that it's not so bad and that maybe his days in the navy have warped his perception a bit, so he calls your friends house to apologize and check up on you.
In that instant where your friend picks up the phone and realizes what is going on, Tig is like that friend. He knows he's got to lie to cover your back but at the same time he's kind of pissed at you for going to the party without him, so he's going to tell your dad that you went to the shop to buy cigarettes or something, so that you get in a little bit of trouble but not too much.

tl;dr: tig is your friend.

But they admit to be incompetent enough to not find something more secure. Why force them to do something they aren't capable of? :<
