ET does nothing

ET looks half dead, I always see people that are in it online with tags, but none of them host any event, they just use tags to show they are in a staff guild (Lycia does it too with her RC sometimes).
I usually see more people that are not in ET host events than ET.
I think almost or all members of ET should be fired, and that new members shuold be hired, this time to check them better before adding them.

there staff now they dont need to try get on staff so they dont need to do anything silly
